The Promise

If a Wildeway product isn’t right for you, reach out within 30 days of purchase and we’ll fix it — first by finding you a bar you’ll actually love, and if that won’t do it, with a store credit or refund.

No return needed. Keep the bar, pass it to a friend, or compost it. We don’t want opened soap back.

This applies to full-price Wildeway-branded products bought through wildeway.com.


How to Claim

Email hello@wildeway.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Which product wasn’t right
  • One line on why (it helps us make better soap)

We reply within 2 business days and sort it from there.


What You Get

We’ll offer, in this order:

  1. A swap — a different scent or bar we think suits you better, shipped free.
  2. Store credit — if a swap won’t fix it, credit to your account, valid 12 months.
  3. A refund — to your original payment method, where a swap or credit doesn’t resolve it or where the product arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong (see below).

Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives broken, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method — your choice. This nothing to do with the satisfaction promise above; it’s your right, and we honor it fully.


The Fine Print (so we stay friends)

  • One satisfaction claim per order. Damaged/faulty claims aren’t capped — those are always covered.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it.
  • Excluded from the satisfaction promise: gift cards, limited-edition drops, wholesale orders, and any non-Wildeway-branded item. Faulty-goods rights still apply to everything.
  • Subscriptions: the promise covers your most recent shipment. Manage or pause anytime in your account.
  • We reserve the right to decline claims that show a pattern of abuse.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer, including any right to a refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where local law gives you more than this policy offers, local law wins.
